Zachary most recently served as National Sales Manager at XPEL, where he oversaw a $180M portfolio—representing over 60% of the company’s global revenue. He lead a team of 14 Territory Managers across the Southern U.S., consistently exceeding revenue and margin goals through strategic leadership, brand alignment, and market expansion.

Previously, at ACV Auctions, he led regional growth initiatives that resulted in an astounding 1,200% annual revenue increase, demonstrating his ability to scale teams, unlock operational efficiencies, and drive bottom-line results.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Zachary founded and operated multiple successful businesses, including Georgia Kilt, LLC, and held senior leadership roles with companies like Studio Movie Grill and CarMax, where he built and managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls, executed complex negotiations, and refined his talent for developing strong, customer-centric brands.
